Our staff

 Heidi Young is a senior care coordinator with over 19 years of experience in the field. She serves clients throughout most of Southeast Alaska and is passionate about helping individuals access the services and support they need to remain safely in their homes and communities. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and golden retrievers. 

 Joshua Hills has been a care coordinator for 12 years. He is passionate about helping people in need. He serves communities including Hydaburg, Ketchikan, Sitka, Juneau, and Kodiak. He enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. He finds great joy in growing our agency from our small community while maintaining a focus on personalized service and a dedication to each of our clients. 

 Sierra Eller has been a care coordinator for the past two years. She currently serves clients in Ketchikan and on Prince of Wales Island. She currently resides in Coffman Cove with her fiancé and their dog and cat. She is passionate about her work and takes great pride in the services we provide. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. 

  Patty Boggs is happily married and a proud mother of three grown children, with six grandchildren and a growing family she treasures. She returned to Alaska with her husband five years ago and loves the area. Patty works in care coordination, where she enjoys learning, growing, and supporting others. In her free time, she loves kayaking, taking walks, and spending time outdoors. 

 Syanne Callier is a hardworking mom to a 10-month-old son and a wife originally from Idaho. She works as a member of the administrative support team. Syanne is passionate about helping others while using her education and skills to make a positive difference in people's lives. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and staying active through exercise. 

 Geneva Savage, also known as Kitty, has lived in Naukati since 2015 and has worked for Island Care Services since 2022. She is a devoted grandmother to a five-year-old grandchild she adores. She is working on her Care Coordination certification and plans to start serving clients by 2027. She enjoys her work because it allows her to make a meaningful difference in her community. 

John Guerra has lived in Naukati for the better part of 34 years with his wife, Shelley. John loves helping fellow Alaskans with disabilities access the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, fishing, and gardening.
 

 Shelley Guerra has lived in Naukati for over 30 years, where she graduated from high school and married her husband, John. She started working for Island Care Services in 2024. Shelley loves helping provide care to clients so they can remain independent in their communities. In her free time, she enjoys beachcombing, gardening, and painting.
